Do you take insurance?

NOW ACCEPTING Cigna, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Most Medicaid.

If Dr. Temple is out of your insurance network, then she will provide you with a billing summary that is appropriate to share with your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. It will be your responsibility to submit the forms to your insurance to obtain reimbursement for the out-of-network service.

When do I get the results?

We understand that evaluations are generally requested because of a pressing need. After all data has been collected, we customize a report based on the intended audience and include thorough and relevant recommendations. This is a lengthy process. The turn-around times will be discussed at the testing appointment. Times can vary by case.

How long does the testing take?

It depends on the individual as well as the reason for doing the evaluation. Generally one can expect to be testing and in interviews for 4 - 8 hours over the course of one or two days. Attention, stamina, effort, and the age of the individual impact the amount of time it takes to complete the full evaluation.

Where does testing take place?

We complete the majority of evaluations at our office in Manassas, Virginia. For special circumstances, the testing location may be changed. School observations may be conducted if needed and approved by the parent and school.
