The initial consultation with Dr. Temple is FREE and typically conducted by phone, lasting a maximum of 30 minutes. We will discuss what you hope to gain from an evaluation, answer your questions, determine what type of evaluation might be appropriate, and share the general testing procedures. Pricing and scheduling may also be discussed.
